BAKELS Pettina Fond Suisse – A powdered base premix. Can be used to make mousse fillings and tortes using yoghurt, milk, cream and fresh fruit. The filling can be deposited on a thin sponge sheet, biscuit crumb base or slice base and refrigerated before use.
Storage - Store below 25°C in clean, dry conditions and protected from direct sunlight.
Shelf Life – 365 days.
